Eligibility
Applicants should be at least a second semester sophomore (45 credits) and have a minimum cumulative GW GPA of 3.0. Completion of SPAN 003 or the equivalent is required. Completion of SPAN 004 is highly recommended. Students must satisfy the course prerequisites for all of the academic courses offered at the GW Madrid program.

March 12 for fall semester or academic year
September 22 for spring semester
Students are required to complete the GW MADRID application form. The application and all application materials should be submitted to the Office for Study Abroad at 812 20th Street, NW, Washington, DC.
