International Affairs Program
Is this the program for me?
- The GW Paris International Affairs Program is designed for students of international affairs who wish to explore a French and European perspective.
- Students must have completed the equivalent of at least four semesters of college level French. The International Affairs Program allows students to study at the prestigious Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) while working on their French language skills.
- Classes are held in the Saint Germain district on the city's Left Bank, the heart of Parisian intellectual and literary life.
Program Highlights
- The program is based at the elite Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po), whose graduates include many French and European political and business leaders.
- Students receive GW grades and credit for Elliott School of International Affairs major requirements for two of their five courses.
- Students study alongside other international and French students at Science Po for their two elective courses, taught in English or French.
