Application
Eligibility
The eligibility requirements for students applying to study at Sciences Po through GW Paris are:
- Completion of 45 or more credits. Applicants must have completed at least two years of University level study prior to enrollment at Sciences Po.
- Good judicial standing without a significant record of judicial infractions.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Completion of French 004 or the equivalent; completion of French 010 is preferred for students applying for the yearlong program.
- Significant academic coursework in the social sciences.
Application
Admission to the GW Paris program is selective and space is limited. Participants are selected by GW and Sciences Po for admission on the basis of their application, personal statement, academic transcripts, recommendations, judicial status, and preparation for study abroad.
Students are required to completethe GW Paris and Sciences Po application forms. The GW application materials should be submitted to the Office for Study Abroad at 812 20th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20052 by the deadlines printed on the GW Paris application form. Once applications have been reviewed by the Office for Study Abroad, qualified applicants will be instructed on how to complete the Sciences Po application and their full file will be forwarded to the American Center at Sciences Po for final review and approval.
